Gluten Free chicken fried rice that is 100% Beachbody approved. You will need:
- 4-6 Cups Cooked Brown Rice
- 3 Cups Shredded Steamed Chicken
- 3 Cups Thawed or Cooked Vegetables
- 2 Fried Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Onion
- 1 TBS Garlic (can do up to 2)
- 1 TBS Ginger Butter (optional)
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Gluten Free Low Sodium Soy
All the ingredients have been pre-cooked so simply add into a frying pan and stir until warm.
